The numbers and data eloquently convey the severity, and I reiterate, politicizing this pivotal and intricate issue will lead us to deterioration.”
In an assembly discourse, Manipur’s CM Biren Singh articulates, “Since 2005, the number of emergent villages in Churachandpur district reached 560, Kangpokpi 542, Chandel 296, Tengnoupal 258.”
