Subsequently, the assembly delved into the review of the Business Advisory Committee Report and the presentation of Supplementary Demands for Grants for the fiscal year 2023-24, alongside the unveiling of budget estimates for 2024.
A pivotal juncture unfolded with the Motion for Vote on Accounts, 2024-25, geared towards ensuring the financial stability of the state.Moving forward to February 29, 2024, the assembly will engage in an interactive questions and answers session and deliberate on the Supplementary Demands for Grants, 2023-24.
The day’s focus will then shift to a comprehensive Discussion and Voting on the Motion for Vote on Accounts, 2024, culminating in the introduction of the Manipur Appropriation Bill(s). March 1, 2024, will witness discussions on the Presentation of Committee Reports and the introduction of Government Bills.
